Where to Find It

From your /institute/admin panel → Student Progress Reports. The report aggregates data from every active student.

Top-Level Metrics

  • Active students — logged in within the last 14 days.
  • Total practice attempts (this month) — across all students.
  • Total mock exams completed (this month).
  • Average predicted PTE score across active students.

Per-Student Breakdown

Each student row shows:

  • Name + username.
  • Last active date.
  • Practice attempts (last 30 days + lifetime).
  • Mock exams taken (count + average score).
  • Predicted PTE score (overall + per-module).
  • Weakest module flag.
  • Days remaining on plan.

Weak-Area Identification

The report flags every student's weakest module. Use this for targeted classroom interventions:

  • If 60%+ of your batch is weak in Listening, schedule a Listening masterclass.
  • If individual students are weak in Pronunciation specifically, suggest 1-on-1 sessions or focused recordings.

Attendance Tracking

  • "Days since last login" highlights disengaged students.
  • "Practice streak" shows consistent practitioners (motivation cue).
  • Filter "inactive 7+ days" to surface follow-up candidates.

Score Trend Charts

For each student, a small sparkline shows their predicted score trajectory over the last 30 days. Improving = green; flat = grey; declining = red. Use this to identify students who need an intervention.

Export Options

  • CSV export of all data for external analysis (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • PDF export of individual student reports for parent meetings or printed records.

Best Practices

  1. Review weekly — Monday morning identifies which students disengaged over the weekend.
  2. Set classroom goals — e.g. "everyone hits PTE 65 predicted by month-end".
  3. Celebrate top performers in class — drives motivation across the batch.
  4. Reach out to inactive students personally within 7 days of inactivity — recovery rate drops sharply after that.
