Every successful referral commission and milestone bonus credits to your INR wallet. By default, that wallet is set up to auto-apply to your next INR-billed purchase, so most students never need to withdraw — they simply burn the credit on their next plan or top-up.

If You Want to Withdraw Instead

You can request a bank withdrawal once your wallet balance crosses the minimum threshold (currently ₹2,000 — confirmed at the time of request). Withdrawals are not self-serve right now; they are processed manually by our finance team to ensure KYC compliance.

How to Request a Withdrawal

Email support from your registered email address with the subject "Wallet withdrawal request".
Include the withdrawal amount and your bank account details:
- Account holder name (must match your ClearMyPTE profile name)
- Bank name + branch
- Account number
- IFSC code
Attach KYC documents:
- PAN card (front)
- Aadhaar (front + back, masked is OK)
- Cancelled cheque or bank statement showing your name + account number

Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

The minimum payout is ₹2,000. We set a minimum because per-transaction bank fees (NEFT/IMPS) and TDS overhead make sub-₹2,000 payouts inefficient and would erode your earnings.

Processing Time

KYC verification: 2–3 business days (first withdrawal only — subsequent withdrawals reuse verified KYC).
Bank transfer: 1–2 business days after KYC clears (NEFT or IMPS).
Total first withdrawal: 3–5 business days end-to-end.
Subsequent withdrawals: 1–2 business days.

TDS and Tax

For Indian residents, applicable TDS may be deducted on withdrawals above ₹15,000 in a financial year, in line with Section 194R / 194O depending on your status. A TDS certificate (Form 16A) is issued for amounts withheld.
