Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, ClearMyPTE provides two convenient ways to reset it. Both methods are available from the login page by clicking the "Forgot Password" link.

Method 1: Phone OTP (via WhatsApp)

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Select the phone number option and enter your registered phone number with the correct country code.
3. A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your phone via WhatsApp.
4. Enter the OTP on the verification screen.
5. Set your new password and confirm it.

Method 2: Email Reset Link

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Select the email option and enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam folder too).
4. Click the reset link in the email — it will open a page where you can set your new password.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Tips

The phone OTP method is the fastest option since the OTP arrives instantly via WhatsApp. The email method is useful if you do not have access to WhatsApp or your registered phone at the moment.

After resetting your password, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new credentials. For security, choose a strong password that you do not use on other websites.
