Do unused mock exams roll over to next month?
Do unused mock exams roll over to next month?
No — unused mock exams do not roll over to the next billing period. The full mock exam allowance for your plan resets at the start of each new billing cycle, and any mocks you didn't use in the previous cycle are gone. This is a deliberate design choice on our part, for two reasons.
First, allowing rollover would let users hoard mocks for "later" — and "later" almost never comes. Mocks that don't get taken, don't produce learning. Second, hoarding-then-binging mocks at the end of a plan to "use them up" produces burnout, not improvement.
How should I think about my monthly mock allowance?
Treat it as a weekly target, not a monthly budget. If your plan includes 4 mocks per month, that's exactly one per week — which happens to be the optimal mock cadence anyway. If your plan includes 8 per month, you have room for an extra mock when you are close to your real exam. See Should I take a mock before or after practice? for cadence guidance.
What if I missed a week?
Don't try to "make up" by taking 3 mocks the next week — that doesn't work. Just take this week's mock and continue. The mock exam itself is a leading indicator, not a thing you owe yourself.
