Why Your Score Is Still Processing
If you see a "Scoring in Progress" badge on your exam after completing it, it means the AI evaluation engine is still processing your Speaking and Writing responses.
Why Does It Take Time?
Speaking and Writing sections require AI analysis of your audio recordings and written responses. This involves multiple evaluation steps — transcription, pronunciation analysis, grammar checking, content scoring, and more. While each step is fast, the queue system processes responses in order, so there may be a short wait.
How Long Does It Take?
AI scoring usually completes within a few minutes. During peak usage times, it may take slightly longer. You do not need to stay on the page — the scoring happens in the background.
What About Reading and Listening?
Reading and Listening scores are calculated instantly based on your selected answers. These sections do not use AI evaluation, so their scores are always available immediately after completing the exam.
What to Do
- Check back after a few minutes — refresh the exam results page.
- Look for a notification — you will receive an in-app notification when scoring is complete.
- If scoring has not completed after 30 minutes, contact support for assistance.
Rest assured that your responses are saved securely. The "Scoring in Progress" status simply means the AI is working through its evaluation — your results will be available shortly.
